[Scene opens outside Anthony’s house. Tension is thick. Amber is standing a few feet away, nervously wringing her hands. Anthony’s pacing like a storm about to hit. Dalen pulls up, trying to act calm but his face says it all — guilt, confusion, fear.]

Amber: (softly) Baby, please just calm down, okay? We’re just gonna talk.

Anthony: (snaps) Talk? Ain’t no talking when my so-called brother been kissing on my wife!

[Dalen steps closer, forcing a shaky smile.]

Dalen: There they go. My favorite couple. Dogs, too! (chuckles nervously) Anthony, wait, man—

Anthony: (steps up in his face) Don’t “wait, man” me! What’s up, huh? You kissed my wife! My wife!

Dalen: Bro, it’s not what you think—

Anthony: (grabs his shirt collar) Then what is it?! Explain it to me like a man before I knock you through that fence!

Amber: Anthony! Stop!

Dalen: (hands up) Bro, I swear, it wasn’t like that. We were talking, she was crying, I was trying to comfort her—

Anthony: (eyes widen) Oh, comfort her?! So now you the comforter, huh? You the shoulder-to-cry-on type? Boy, you done lost your mind!

Dalen: I messed up, man, but it wasn’t like that—

Anthony: (cuts him off, furious) Don’t say another word! You were my best man! You stood beside me, toasted us at the wedding, called me “brother for life”… and now this?!

[Anthony suddenly shoves Dalen hard. Dalen stumbles back.]

Amber: Anthony, please!

Dalen: (trying to steady himself) Look, I know it looks bad—

Anthony: (interrupts again, voice breaking) “Looks bad”? Dalen, it is bad! You kissed my wife, man! Ain’t no coming back from that!

[Dalen tries to approach, reaching out a hand.]

Dalen: I’m sorry, bro. I swear on everything—

Anthony: (snaps, swings on him) Don’t call me bro!

[Anthony’s punch lands clean. Dalen stumbles back, falling into the grass, holding his face. Amber gasps.]

Amber: Anthony, stop!

Anthony: (breathing heavy, voice trembling) Nah, let him feel that. That’s what betrayal tastes like. You thought I wouldn’t find out? You thought I’d just dap you up and move on?

Dalen: (coughs, struggling up) I didn’t mean to hurt you, man—

Anthony: (yells) You did hurt me! You hurt me worse than any enemy could! I trusted you with my life, my home, my family… and you threw it away over a weak moment?!

[Anthony points toward the driveway, eyes filled with rage and pain.]

Anthony: Get off my property. Right now. Before I forget who I’m trying to be.

Dalen: Anthony, come on—

Anthony: (steps closer) Nah. We’re done. You ain’t my brother no more. Not today, not ever.

[Amber looks down, tears forming. Dalen stares at Anthony, jaw tight, then finally turns and walks away, broken. Anthony exhales, chest heaving.]

Amber: (quietly) You didn’t have to hit him…

Anthony: (voice low, hurt) He didn’t have to kiss you.

[He walks inside, slamming the door. The camera lingers on Dalen’s car pulling off slow — a friendship buried under betrayal.]
