Drama Explodes Amber Tells Anthony Wayne Hired Shayla… I Have to Work With Her! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Amber stormed into Anthony’s place, her face tight with frustration. Anthony, lounging on the couch, perked up when he saw her.

Anthony: “There’s my pretty lady. What’s going on? Why you looking like that?”

Amber: “Don’t start, Anthony. I just left Wayne’s.”

Anthony: “Okay… and? What happened?”

Amber: “He hired Shayla. To work with us. I’m gonna have to sit in the same room, share the same air, and actually work with her. Can you believe that?”

Anthony sat up, eyes wide.

Anthony: “Wait, what? Wayne hired Shayla? Why would he do that?”

Amber: “Because Wayne cares more about business and money than loyalty. She brought him some artist, and he’s eating it up. Now I’m stuck.”

Anthony: “Alright, look—just quit. You don’t need Wayne. I got us, Amber. You don’t need to put yourself through that.”

Amber spun around, fire in her eyes.

Amber: “See, this is what I mean. You don’t even know me. This is my passion, Anthony! My father was a jazz musician. Music is in my blood. You think I’m about to throw that away because you couldn’t keep yourself together with Shayla?”

Anthony lowered his voice, guilt spreading across his face.

Anthony: “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean for all this to happen. I’ll talk to Wayne. I’ll fix it.”

Amber: “Talk to Wayne? The damage is already done! This isn’t about Wayne—it’s about you. If you hadn’t been messing with her in the first place, we wouldn’t even be here!”

Anthony leaned forward, defensive.

Anthony: “Don’t act like I’m the only one who made mistakes here. This situation ain’t all on me.”

Amber’s mouth dropped open.

Amber: “Wow. Wow, Anthony. I came here raw, telling you how much this hurts, and you couldn’t even give me one moment of comfort without throwing something back in my face.”

Anthony reached out, but Amber stepped back.

Anthony: “Amber, that’s not what I meant. I just… I don’t want you to carry this all on me. Wayne made his choice. Shayla made hers. I’ll deal with it, I promise.”

Amber: “No, Anthony. You made your choice first. That’s why I’m here, why I’m forced to face her again, why my career is tied to the same woman I should never have to see. This ain’t on Wayne. This ain’t even about Shayla. It’s about you.”

The silence was heavy, only broken by Amber’s shaky breath.

Amber: “Damn it, Wayne… but more than that—damn it, Anthony.”

Anthony buried his face in his hands, the weight of her words pressing down like a storm. Amber turned toward the door, her decision clear—business was business, but the personal wounds were far from healed.
